125 HOUR ASSOCIATE APPRAISER COURSE PACKAGE AND CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL COURSES

Course for Associate Appraiser and Certified Residential Course licensure.

IOWA CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS

Iowa Appraisers are required to take 28 hours of continuing education in a 2 year cycle.  A maximum of 14 of the required 28 credit hours may be completed as distance education. 7 hours of report writing is a condition of renewal.

The On-Line Appraisal Exam Prep Course is an Excellent Program to better understand and prepare for the appraisal field.
